Problem Note 63513: An "ORA-00920: invalid relational operator" might occur when a merchandise set that exists in Allocation Attributes is deleted

DetailsAboutRate It

In SAS® Merchandise Allocation, the following ORA-00920 error might be generated in the pe.log when a merchandise set that exists in Allocation Attributes is deleted:

>>>    Error [DTM(Fri Jan  4 09:51:40 2019 : 2) TID(2621896448) SRC(ODBCRecordset) MSG(Error in executing SQL: SELECT lv10mast_id FROM maxdata.lv10mast WHERE maxdata.lv10mast.user_attrib1 IN ('42628') AND maxdata.lv10mast.lv-10cmast_id IN ())] >>>    Error [DTM(Fri Jan  4 09:51:40 2019 : 2) TID(2621896448) SRC(ODBCRecordset::ReturnCheck) MSG(Error ODBC Error occurred: Native Error 920 [SAS Ins. Inc.][ODBC 20101 driver][Oracle]ORA-00920: invalid relational operator)]

If you delete the merchandise/dimension set in Dimension Manager, then the record is deleted. As a result, the worksheet might not open when merchandise attributes are applied to a worksheet.

To work around this issue, merchandise sets that exist in Allocation Attributes for Merchandise should not be deleted from Dimension Manager.
